About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager Consultant to lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery. The role is best suited for professionals from non-technical backgrounds, especially those with experience in social development, CSR, or brand-driven organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver projects with a strong focus on OTIF (On Time In Full) execution
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation
- Drive project planning, tracking, and reporting across multiple initiatives
- Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business and social impact goals
- Handle stakeholder communication and manage expectations effectively
- Support program design and execution for CSR / social development initiatives
- Monitor progress, risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in project management / program management
- Background in CSR, social development or impact-driven organizations
- Experience working with brand-led organizations or reputed companies preferred
- Strong ability to manage non-technical stakeholders and teams
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong execution mindset with focus on delivery and outcomes
Experience Required: 4–10 years of experience in relevant roles (preferably in project management / consulting / CSR / social development domains)
