Job Description PM / BA (Cards):
- Tenured PM/BA hybrid with strong hands-on expertise in Cards processing.
- Solid understanding of card scheme compliance, authorisation, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery, including planning, execution, dependencies, and governance.
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, prioritisation, and backlog management in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Ability to work across multiple product and technology teams, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders across functions.
- Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments, supporting both delivery management and business analysis responsibilities.
