Overview
We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in project management and procurement/bid processes within the urban and infrastructure sector. The role involves working closely with government and PSU clients, supporting procurement lifecycle activities, and preparing high-quality consultancy tenders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project management activities across urban and infrastructure initiatives
- Work with Central Government, State Government, and PSU stakeholders on project delivery
- Manage and execute procurement processes in alignment with government guidelines
- Prepare service/consultancy tenders (RFPs/RFQs) including bid documentation
- Assist in bid evaluations, vendor onboarding, and contract finalization
- Ensure compliance with public procurement frameworks and standards
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely execution and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
Experience & Expertise
- Experience working on urban/infrastructure projects for Government/PSU clients
- Hands-on experience in procurement and bid process management
- Strong exposure to preparation of services/consultancy tenders
- Understanding of government procurement policies and procedures
