Position: Project Management Analyst (PMO & Reporting)

Location: Onsite in Chennai

Duration: 6 to 12 months

Mode of Interview: Video Interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Reporting: Design and maintain sophisticated management dashboards using PowerBI and PowerApps to track project health and KPIs.

• Tool Administration: Manage project data and workflows within Catalyst and Rally, ensuring high data integrity for executive visibility.

• PMO Support: Assist the Project Manager in tracking RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) and coordinating global status updates.

• Process Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks in reporting and suggest automated solutions to streamline PMO operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile Project Management.

• Extensive skills with PowerBI and PowerApps is required. Power-user development skills are essential for creating custom charts and dashboards.

• Hands-on experience with Rally, Confluence or similar Agile project management tools

• Effective use of research skills using Co-Pilot and other LLMs (no need to know coding or agentic AI)

• Analytical mindset with the ability to connect the dots across different data sources.

• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with US-based leadership.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow IRM or similar GRC apps, while helpful, is not essential.
