Project Management Analyst/Manager

Our client is looking for an O+O Project Manager / Analyst based in Singapore and covering the whole APAC region.

:

The O+O Project Manager / Analyst will focus on analyzing business needs, exploring new solutions and managing projects in an agile environment but also manage the maintenance of some existing applications. The scope will be largely on the digital and retail excellence topics.

Project Management (60%)

1. Be the Business Relationship manager for Marketing, Sales, Digital, Retail & Media people on the Online (Ecommerce, CRM, Media campaign…) and Offline (Brick & Mortar diagnostics solutions…) needs

2. Analyze and Identify current Business processes to gain simplicity & efficiency

3. Lead Group projects new solution roll out in APAC region

4. Manage relationships with the Travel Retail Worldwide IT teams & Group IT teams

5. Implement project (End to End) from business needs gathering till users training and post go-live support

6. Be the key contact to communicate the business needs to IT teams for technical solution / support

7. Share with its peers in Travel Retail EMEA and Travel Retail America on projects, needs, good practices

8. Ensure the Secure by Design of our new applications

Application maintenance (40%)

1. Manage all incidents & demands managements (Application enhancement) on existing application scope (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Anaplan, E-commerce solutions…)

2. Lead audits & application licenses reviews

3. Manage relationships with the Travel Retail Worldwide IT teams & Group IT teams

Key Professional skills:

• At least 5 years of experience with Retail & Digital with expert knowledge in CRM, Retail, E-Commerce and PIM/DAM are an added advantage

• Fluent English and good level of Mandarin (Ideal)

• Good communication and collaboration skills, stakeholders management

• Strong Project management (Agile, V, hybrid…), end to end project management experience

• Understands Sales, Marketing, Digital, Retail & Media Business context

• Redaction of business needs, technical specifications, training documents

• Is able to animate Business workshops & train users on new process or new applications

• Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills

Technical Skill Set:

• Knowledge on Salesforce, Anaplan, PowerBI, Service Now, Sharepoint, Webapp, Ecommerce & social media…

• Knowledge on ERP SAP ECC, SAP BI or Hana is a plus

• Understand technical infrastructure topics (API, Cloud based hosting, Interfaces management, batch management, …)

• CyberSecurity management
