  • Develop, document, and maintain operating procedures (SOPs), governance frameworks, RACI models, escalation paths, and operational controls.
  • Identify ownership gaps, process inefficiencies, and transition risks, and implement scalable improvements.
  • Monitor procurement channel performance, including catalog utilization, contract compliance, guided buying adoption, content accuracy, and off-channel spending.
  • Partner with adoption, category management, procurement operations, and data teams to identify opportunities for channel optimization and improved user experience.
  • Utilize reporting insights, stakeholder feedback, and issue trend analysis to prioritize content enhancements and process improvements.
  • Support initiatives that drive compliant purchasing behavior, reduce procurement leakage, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage procurement content within SAP Ariba, Guided Buying, and related master data systems.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of vendor, commodity, pricing, contract, catalog, and master data across Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay systems.
  • Collaborate with SAP, Technology & Operations, and data teams to address system issues, integration challenges, data discrepancies, and content defects.
  • Support testing, validation, and release readiness activities for procurement content and channel updates.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for category teams, procurement operations, suppliers, business users, and technology stakeholders regarding procurement content and channels.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues, clarify ownership, and improve procurement channel effectiveness.
  • Communicate operational insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at various levels within the organization.

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements
  • 7-12 years of experience in procurement operations, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), supplier enablement, content management, procurement transformation, or related discipline.
  • Experience supporting post-go-live operations, BAU transition models, operational stabilization, and governance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, Guided Buying, SAP Business Network, or similar enterprise procurement platforms.
  • Experience in category management, strategic sourcing, supplier onboarding, contract operationalization, and channel buying.
  • Experience driving process improvements and procurement transformation initiatives.
