Job Description

Project management tools and techniques, Industry standards and process including automotive-specific terminology and product development lifecycles, Data analysis tools (Excel with VBA or PowerBI)
Support day-to-day project management activities across Lean PD Ops workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall team objectives.
Help set priorities and organize work to enable the team to execute effectively in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
Quickly understand new problem spaces, ask clarifying questions, and translate ambiguous direction into actionable plans.
Identify the support, resources, and coordination required across workstreams and help remove roadblocks to progress.
Identify risks and issues across workstreams, and work with stakeholders to propose and track mitigation plans.
Prepare clear, concise points of view (POVs) and materials for executive leadership to inform decision-making.
Support the development of business cases, including gathering inputs, structuring analysis, and coordinating stakeholder feedback.
Track progress against milestones, maintain accurate status reporting, and escalate issues in a timely manner.
Organize, run, and document meetings, ensuring clear action items and follow-through.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to ensure alignment, communication, and coordinated execution.
Contribute ideas and recommendations to continuously improve team processes and ways of working.
