Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Support all projects under Scope For Change
- Organize workshops on different subjects like health, hygiene, careers, and digital skills
- Participate in events & activities organized by SFC at different centers in Delhi/NCR
- Work on fundraising and CSR initiatives
- Assist with social media marketing
- Assist with graphic designing
- Do field visits and marketing
- Generate new admissions
- Work on responsibilities as communicated by the organization
- Manage all teachers and other members
- Center management
- Maintain office decorum
- Visit the centers in Delhi NCR
- Teach students and support teachers when required.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate in Social Work/Development Studies/Psychology/Sociology or relevant domain
- Good Communication Skills
- Leadership Skills
- Team Management
- Project Management
Other Requirements
- The project leader should be aware of the responsibilities.
- They need to be dedicated and punctual.
- They should be able to teach in person.
- They should care about helping others.
- The candidate should be based in Delhi/Gurgaon.
- They should have subject knowledge for teaching.
- They should be able to take new initiatives.
