Key Responsibilities
Should be able to develop new service lines for the customer requirements.
- Building the team
- Provide solution/strategy

- Manage Project delivery as per plan by working with Project Leaders/ Technical Managers
- Conduct internal review meetings
- Support Mega hiring drives
- Should work with different teams within the Customer organization and collaborate to deliver projects with stringent timelines.
- Responsible for implementing digital solutions to automate / improve the execution methodology
- Resource Management
- Attrition management
- Grooming leaders
- Proactive Hiring for pipeline projects
- Supporting Proposals (RFP/RFQ/RFI)
- Own / conduct status review meetings with customer
- Responsible for employee engagement
- TED / Sig sigma – Identifying and brining to closure
- Support sales campaigns
- Cross Sell / Up Sell
- Managing customer requirements & proposal support Guide & mentor team members.
- Maintain the Project health & progress with respect to project success, Team management (delivery plan, resource plan, initiatives, issues & escalations).
- Compliance to Quality Management System, Customer Methods & Process during the course of Project
- Effectively manage the project (planning & tracking) including Resource allocation & optimization (people & infrastructure).
- Adhering to Quest policies & processes

Work Experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in Downhole tools, Upstream, Brownfield projects
- Good to have experience in Oil & Gas
- Experience in managing 50+ member team
- Experience in competitive hiring
