Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery & Financial Management
- Lead end-to-end project execution ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, quality, and cost targets.
- Plan, track, and monitor project activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and escalations to maintain project health.
- Drive delivery excellence through milestone adherence and outcome quality.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, margin optimization, and forecasting.
- Handle Purchase Order (PO) management, including scope tracking, change management, and compliance.
- Maintain project KPIs (schedule, cost, quality) and provide regular status and financial reporting.
- Ensure adherence to QMS, organizational processes, and governance frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and process efficiency initiatives.
- Stakeholder, Team & Organizational Management
- Act as primary interface for customers and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Conduct regular project reviews and ensure transparency on progress, risks, and deliverables.
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams to achieve project and business goals.
- Drive resource planning, allocation, and utilization optimization.
- Support hiring for current and pipeline project demands.
- Manage team engagement, retention, and attrition.
- Identify capability gaps and implement development plans.
- Mentor team members and groom future leaders.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals, policies, and strategic objectives.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- Strong project/program management experience in engineering domain.
- Experience in financial management, PO handling, and cost control.
- Proven ability in stakeholder/customer management.
- Ability to manage global teams and multiple workstreams.
- Experience in Handling IPMS/Pulse Project
