The impact that you will be making

The project leader has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. The project leader also provides leadership on problem solving and decisions on analytics techniques for the team. The Project Lead ensures that the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standard. This role also involves managing end to end client delivery as well as managing a team of data scientists/ data science leads.

What This Role Entail

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery and achievement of project objectives.
• Manage project risks and develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.
• Drive the planning and execution of client-facing software implementation and analytical solution deployment projects.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and effective client communication skills.
• Build and manage senior-level client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage end-to-end client delivery for an account across multiple projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop sophisticated analytical frameworks and business solutions that create value for clients and generate new project opportunities and revenue streams.
• Develop and implement analytical methodologies, processes, and technology solutions that integrate diverse data sources and generate actionable business insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
  
  

What Lands You In This Role

• Education: Undergraduate degree in BE/BTech; an MBA from a top-tier business school is mandatory.
• Experience: 7–10 years of overall work experience. At least 2 years of post-MBA experience is required.
• Consulting Experience: Prior experience in strategic consulting or management consulting is a must-have.
• Implementation Experience: Proven experience in managing client-facing software implementation, or analytical solution delivery projects is essential.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with sound business understanding.
• Experience in planning and managing the deployment of physical and financial resources to achieve project milestones.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and analytical problem-solving.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to adapt and apply consulting expertise to specific client, project, and business requirements.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and driving successful client outcomes.
• Go-to-market experience is an added advantage.
