The Role

We are hiring a high-calibre Project Leader to join our consulting team in a senior, client-facing role. You will sit at the heart of our client engagements, owning end-to-end strategy delivery and working directly with senior leadership and client stakeholders.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility position. You will combine structured problem-solving, rigorous analysis, and compelling storytelling to shape strategic recommendations and drive measurable impact. You will also lead and develop a team of in-house associates recruited from top-tier business schools, including London Business School, HEC Paris, and ESADE.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Project Delivery

  • Structure complex, ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate actionable insights
  • Translate findings into strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives
  • Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations and reports for steering committees and senior leadership

Client Engagement & Communication

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders across functions
  • Prepare and lead selected workstreams or modules within larger engagements
  • Own meeting logistics, document key decisions, and ensure clear follow-through
  • Communicate insights with clarity and confidence to senior audiences

Business Development

  • Lead proposal development, market research, and opportunity sizing
  • Develop and deliver compelling pitch presentations
  • Identify and pursue, upsell and cross-sell within assigned client accounts
  • Drive knowledge development and internal capability-building initiatives

Experience

  • At least 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, or analytics
  • Proven sector experience in industrial goods (strongly preferred)
  • Deep functional knowledge of M&A and go-to-market strategy
  • A track record in client-facing engagements and cross-functional project delivery

Education

A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or an MBA, in Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
