The Role
We are hiring a high-calibre Project Leader to join our consulting team in a senior, client-facing role. You will sit at the heart of our client engagements, owning end-to-end strategy delivery and working directly with senior leadership and client stakeholders.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility position. You will combine structured problem-solving, rigorous analysis, and compelling storytelling to shape strategic recommendations and drive measurable impact. You will also lead and develop a team of in-house associates recruited from top-tier business schools, including London Business School, HEC Paris, and ESADE.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Project Delivery
- Structure complex, ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate actionable insights
- Translate findings into strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives
- Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations and reports for steering committees and senior leadership
Client Engagement & Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders across functions
- Prepare and lead selected workstreams or modules within larger engagements
- Own meeting logistics, document key decisions, and ensure clear follow-through
- Communicate insights with clarity and confidence to senior audiences
Business Development
- Lead proposal development, market research, and opportunity sizing
- Develop and deliver compelling pitch presentations
- Identify and pursue, upsell and cross-sell within assigned client accounts
- Drive knowledge development and internal capability-building initiatives

Experience
- At least 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, or analytics
- Proven sector experience in industrial goods (strongly preferred)
- Deep functional knowledge of M&A and go-to-market strategy
- A track record in client-facing engagements and cross-functional project delivery
Education
A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or an MBA, in Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
