Job Description

Systems and Technical Knowledge

  • Demonstrates disease knowledge/subject matter expertise on up to 3 diseases within oncology
  • Demonstrates technical expertise on various data entry platforms (e.g. Caisis, Helix etc) and electronic medical record systems

Training and Monitoring

  • Responsible to train staff on platforms and diseases for each project; creates and maintains training materials accordingly.
  • Constructs and conducts subject matter tests, demo cases
  • Monitors QA metrics for team and identifies and provides needed training for underperforming staff
  • Provides on-going feedback to MDAs; escalates issues/performance concerns to Program/Assistant Program and Project Managers and may provide feedback for incorporation into annual performance reviews
  • Provide feedback to clients in development of abstraction SOPs and guidelines

Project Management

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and projects, ensuring smooth transition and understanding of client requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze Average Handling Time (AHT), conducting time and motion studies as necessary to identify areas for improvement. Provide guidance and support to associates to enhance productivity.
  • Address queries and concerns from associates and quality analysts, resolving issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Maintain regular communication with associates and quality analysts to discuss Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on quality concerns raised by clients. Collaborate on strategies to address productivity challenges and implement solutions effectively.
  • May lead or participate in special projects or client specific initiatives as directed
  • May supervise staff
