Key Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the planning and implementation of manufacturing projects (e.g., new product introductions, line expansions, or process optimizations).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate between R&D, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Floor Operations to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Resource & Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, capital expenditure (CAPEX) requests, and resource allocation to prevent bottlenecks.
- Timeline Accountability: Create detailed schedules (Gantt charts) and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Technical Problem Solving: Identify technical risks in the manufacturing process and implement corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Utilize Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies to improve yield and reduce waste.
