Company Description Doreka (DS Electricals – Doreka LED Lights) is an LED light manufacturing company based in Mandakata, North Guwahati, Assam, strongly aligned with the Made in Assam – Make in India initiative. With a deep understanding of how lighting influences comfort, safety, and productivity, Doreka designs solutions that enhance user experience.

Role Description The Project Lead Sales role is a full-time, on-site position located in Kolkata. The individual in this role will oversee sales projects from lead generation through closing, including planning sales strategies, managing client accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting Doreka's LED and intelligent lighting solutions, managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals, and tracking performance against targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales capabilities and experience in managing end-to-end sales processes within a product or solutions environment.
• Additional beneficial skills include project coordination, negotiation, basic knowledge of lighting or electrical products, and proficiency with CRM tools.
• Relevant experience is project sales in Lighting Industry is a must.
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, travel to client locations as needed, and meet defined sales and project delivery targets.
