Job Summary
AlgoShack is seeking an experienced Project Lead to manage and drive end-to-end delivery of testing and quality engineering engagements. The role will focus on automation and non-functional testing initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project delivery across automation and non-functional testing streams
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure milestone adherence
- Ensure timely delivery with high quality, following defined processes
- Coordinate with QA, development, DevOps, and business stakeholders
- Review test strategies, execution reports, automation and NFT outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and quality
- Mentor team members and conduct regular reviews
- Ensure compliance with regulated and audit-driven environments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in software testing / quality engineering
- 1–2 years in Project Lead / Test Lead / Delivery Lead role
- Strong understanding of automation and non-functional testing methodologies
- Hands-on exposure to Python, Selenium, and API testing
- Experience in test planning, execution, reporting, and metrics
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Agile / Scrum models
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare / Medical Device domain
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation integration
- Understanding of performance / non-functional testing aspects
