Project Lead - PEG (Financial Services)

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to manage and oversee financial services projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with the ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and coordinate project activities.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in project management within the financial services sector.
• Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is preferred.
