Job location : Bangalore, Noida, Coimbatore
Responsibilities:
- Ability to handle patentability/invalidation/FTO searches
- Efficiently handling multiple projects with tight deadlines, managing deliverables, resources, and timelines
- Reviewing juniors work, and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
- Should mentor and train junior searchers
- Should form and develop team of skilled searchers
- Ability to manage a range of projects from proposal stage to successful project completion
- Good understanding of performance management frameworks and tools in the delivery of business objectives
- Team management experience with the ability to manage and motivate project teams
- Capability to provide timely, accurate and relevant project and portfolio reporting as agreed
- Ensure excellent coordination / communication between all stakeholders
Requirements
Technical Qualifications:
Bachelors/master's in engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge in IPR, Patent Law
Experience: 6-10 years
