About the Role
The Project Lead (ELV & BMS) will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of building management systems and smart building solutions, ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Building management system with having hands on experience on BMS software, controller, different protocol, 3rd party integration & Graphics creation.
- Should have knowledge on control Logic creation for various building equipment like AHU, Chiller sequencing, DG operation, Fan & pump operation based on customer requirement.
- Should have experience designing BMS system, IO summary based on customer requirement and with Equipment details.
- Should have knowledge on controller selection, Integrator Selection and software part code consideration based on the Bid requirement.
- Smart Building systems SME for deployment of smart systems such as Smart car parking, Smart Lighting, Indoor Navigation, Smart cafeteria, Smart meeting room, Smart toilet.
- Digital transformation using IoT technologies.
- Having good knowledge in CCTV-Designing, Storage calculation, Server Sizing, Integrations, Pre commissioning and commissioning, Access control-Designing, Protocol, Configuration, Fire Alarm -Cause and effect Matrix, Logic creation.
- Having good knowledge in Data-network, EPBAX & Audio Video Implementation.
- Expertise in implementation of CCTV, Access control, Fire alarms, public address and building management systems.
- Integrating experience with third-party systems like energy meters, chillers, boilers etc. on Modbus, BACnet, Zigbee, MQTT protocol.
- Developing new solutions for Smart Building Systems.
- Good experience on Proposal making for ELV and Smart Building Systems, negotiating with vendors for competitive cost and presenting to clients to win the bids.
- Experience in design and validation of Standard Design (SD) for smart building systems.
- Good knowledge on green and sustainable building.
- Smart building systems technology vendors knowledge.
- Interface management with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interaction with various participating technical teams in the project and arrive at successful implementation plans of DT & GC systems.
- Understanding of various vendor eco system and how they operate with stake holder on a large-scale project.
- Responsible for execution of the overall program, Program Direction.
- Project management and Consulting expertise in Smart Building & Digital Transformation.
- Project Monitoring and Presenting project progress status to steering committee.
- Escalation management and issue/query resolution, Risk Management.
- Establish project scope, requirements and timelines.
- Project Billing, BOQ reconciliations, EBOQ preparations etc.
- Should have knowledge on Load calculations of various ELVS systems /UPS Calculations etc.
- Should Understand Tender BOQ and technical specifications of ELVS.
- Should be able to highlight of Project techno-commercial risk and mitigations plan during execution phase.
- Should have capable to manage a small team of 3-4 engineers.
Qualifications
Experience: 9 to 12 years
