• Project Management Execution
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop project roadmaps, sprint plans, and milestones.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and constraints, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Technical Leadership
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, DevOps, and Cloud Engineers.
• Guide Kubernetes cluster setup, CI/CD, cloud deployments.
• Ensure best practices in network security, compliance, and infrastructure automation.
• Support integration of open-source tools for cloud and data pipeline solutions.
• Agile Stakeholder Coordination
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Security).
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Report project progress using JIRA, Confluence, or project tracking tools.
• Documentation Reporting
• Prepare HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
• Document risk analysis, lessons learned, and performance reviews.
• Maintain project dashboards, status reports, and stakeholder updates.
