Project Lead

Job description

1. Project Management Execution

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.

Develop project roadmaps, sprint plans, and milestones.

Monitor project risks, dependencies, and constraints, implementing mitigation strategies.

2. Technical Leadership

Collaborate with Solution Architects, DevOps, and Cloud Engineers.

Guide Kubernetes cluster setup, CI/CD, cloud deployments.

Ensure best practices in network security, compliance, and infrastructure automation.

Support integration of open-source tools for cloud and data pipeline solutions.

3. Agile Stakeholder Coordination

Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Security).

Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Report project progress using JIRA, Confluence, or project tracking tools.

4. Documentation Reporting

Prepare HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.

Document risk analysis, lessons learned, and performance reviews.

Maintain project dashboards, status reports, and stakeholder updates.
