Role Description

The Project Lead role is a full-time, on-site position located in Mathura. As a Project Lead, you will oversee project execution, ensure team alignment to objectives, and manage resources to meet project deadlines effectively. You will be responsible for monitoring project progress, coordinating across cross-functional teams, and managing risks to ensure quality delivery. Clear communication with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve project-related concerns will also be key responsibilities.

• Project Management: Strong skills in leading teams, resource allocation, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in application development and understanding of information technology systems.
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Experience in business process consulting and risk management.
• Team Coordination: Skills in team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Education and Work Experience: A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management; prior project management experience is highly desirable.
• Problem-solving and Decision-making: Ability to address challenges and make informed decisions promptly.
• Experience with FMS: Familiarity with Facility Management Services is an advantage.
