Role Overview – ERP Head

We are seeking an experienced ERP Head with 10–15+ years of experience to lead enterprise applications and IT infrastructure across the organization. The role is responsible for defining the ERP strategy, managing enterprise applications, and ensuring a secure, scalable, and high-performing IT environment that supports business growth and digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will oversee the complete ERP lifecycle, including implementation, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, support, and governance. They will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technology solutions while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include managing cloud and on-premises infrastructure, enterprise application architecture, system integrations, vendor relationships, IT security, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance. The ERP Head will also drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across business functions.

The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of leadership experience managing large ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite, along with multi-vendor environments. Strong stakeholder management, strategic planning, problem-solving, and team leadership skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
