Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive project success.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and building codes.
- Proactively resolve issues and mitigate risks during the construction lifecycle.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry.
- B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end delivery of IT campuses, IT parks, or commercial building projects.
