Project Lead

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Project Lead. The Project Lead will oversee and manage project execution, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain project timelines and deliverables. Responsibilities include planning projects, resource allocation, risk analysis, and ensuring successful delivery within scope and budget. The role also requires regular communication with stakeholders, progress reporting, and quality assurance of deliverables.

• Project Management skills, including the ability to define scopes, allocate resources, and manage timelines
• Experience in ERP, CRM, and Business Intelligence technologies
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team coordination capabilities
• Proficiency in problem-solving and risk analysis
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of industrial package development and related technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• PMP or relevant project management certification is preferred
