Job Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager – Structural Design with strong expertise in RCC and building structures. The role involves leading design projects, managing teams, ensuring compliance with international codes, and delivering high-quality structural engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare schematic and detailed structural designs including calculations and drawings
- Lead and manage a team of detailers and engineers
- Oversee design of steel, RCC, composite, wood, and light gauge structures
- Ensure quality checks of design outputs and 3D models
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution
- Manage project estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery
- Ensure compliance with international design standards and codes
Must-Have Qualifications
- 8–15 years of experience in structural design (building structures preferred)
- Strong expertise in RCC (Reinforced Concrete) design
- Hands-on experience with ETABS / STAAD Pro / SAFE (any 1–2)
- Knowledge of US Codes: ACI / AISC / ASCE
- Experience in team handling and project management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience with Tekla, Revit Structure, or Advance Steel
- Exposure to BIM and 3D modeling tools
