Project Lead Job Description
The Project Lead will oversee architectural projects from concept through completion, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mid to large-scale architectural projects, ensuring seamless delivery from design to execution
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities
- Ensure design quality, sustainability, and compliance with building regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, contractors)
- Provide design direction and technical solutions for complex challenges
- Mentor and guide the design team to foster growth and innovation
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in architectural design and planning
- Strong project management skills, including timeline, budget, and resource management
- Experience working on mid to large-scale projects
- Experience with design tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and SketchUp
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch)
