We are seeking a Project Lawyer with 4-7 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide legal support for various projects, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while managing contracts and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to projects.
• Advising on compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conducting legal research and analysis on project-related issues.
• Negotiating contracts with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Providing legal advice to project managers and teams during all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Representing the company in legal proceedings related to projects.

Skills and Qualifications

• LLB or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of project finance and procurement law.
• Experience with contract law and negotiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to projects in India.
