Role Description The Project Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role involves supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of education-related projects, including workshops, training sessions, and events for schools and partner organizations. The intern will assist with project logistics, documentation, and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include preparing learning materials, helping manage inventory for educational resources such as LEGO Education products, and providing on-the-ground support during programs and competitions. The Project Intern will also contribute to basic research, data collection, and reporting to help improve project delivery and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Ability to support project coordination and administration, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with educators, students, and partner organizations.
- Comfort with basic research, data collection, and use of productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Interest in education, student development, STEM learning, or educational technology, including hands-on learning tools such as LEGO Education.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in on-site team settings and provide support during workshops, events, and competitions.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in school programs, camps, events, or volunteering with youth is an advantage.
