About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Reporting & Data Intern to support our skill development programs.
This role involves working closely with large student datasets, creating structured reports, and supporting execution tracking across multiple colleges.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain student reports and dashboards for sessions
Perform data cleaning, validation, and segregation across multiple colleges
Track student sign-ups, participation, and completion metrics
Generate daily / weekly performance reports for internal and external stakeholders
Support documentation and proof creation for submissions
Design basic visual reports / creatives (certificates, summaries, trackers)
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate data flow
Skills Required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with Photoshop / Canva / design tools
Good attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage and organize large datasets efficiently
Good to Have (Bonus)
Knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI / Tableau / Python basics)
Experience in report automation or dashboard creation
Exposure to EdTech / training programs
