Your impact
We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-organized individual to join our Global BTS team. This role focuses on delivering Project Information Management Application services through our in-house tool Endeavour, supporting both internal and external customers on global and local projects. Endeavour provides a single point of access for project data, documents, drawings, data quality reports, CQV forms, and customized data handover datasets.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering Document and manage functional requirements for Endeavour implementation on projects
- Data Integration Collaborate with application administrators to fetch data from multiple sources; develop SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for data extraction
- Data Analysis & Validation Analyze raw data, identify attribute characteristics, and implement consistency checks aligned with project standards
- Project Implementation Configure import gateways, customize data quality reports, data handover reports, and CQV forms.
- Operational Support Monitor daily processes, troubleshoot issues, manage user access, and ensure that Endeavour Projects run smoothly.
- Training & Communication Conduct user training sessions, prepare presentations for project teams and clients.
- Testing & Upgrades Perform UAT and admin testing during software, OS, and database upgrades. Lead the upgrade initiatives
- Continuous Improvement Contribute to standardization and enhancement of implementation techniques
- Global Collaboration Collaborate with BTS teammates, project teams, and IT teammates located in multiple time zones as required.
- Support Other In-House Applications Provide support to other internally developed applications as required.
Here's what you'll need
Education
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Civil Engineering
- Experience 8-10 years of experience including CAD/CAE application implementation/administration, coordination for implementation of multiple CAD/CAE applications for EPC/EPCM projects
Technical Expertise
Type1
- Good understanding of engineering business processes and data integration across disciplines
- Strong knowledge of one to two CAD/CAE apps like P&ID drafting app or 3D modeling applications like SPID, S3D, E3D, Plant 3D, SPI, and familiar / intermediate skill level with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other CAD/CAE applications. o familiar / intermediate skills in writing SQL queries, creating views in MSSQL or/and Oracle. Intermediate skills in MS Excel
Or Type 2
- Proficient in writing SQL queries, creating views, stored procedures, in MSSQL or / and Oracle
- Familiar with CAD / CAE applications o Familiar with engineering business processes and data integration across disciplines
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel
Additional Skills
- Ability to lead software and OS upgrade initiatives associated with Endeavour software components and Servers. o Ability to develop job notes, training guides for Endeavour Application. o Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. o Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
