Job Responsibilities:

.MEP Coordinator & Design Engineer (Revit/ AutoCAD/Sketchup 3D)

.Experienced MEP Design Engineer responsible for the design, drafting, modeling, and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Fighting, and ELV systems using Revit, AutoCAD & Sketchup 3D. Skilled in preparing design drawings, BIM models, shop drawings, coordination drawings, clash detection, and ensuring seamless integration with architectural and structural disciplines throughout project execution.

.Planning, designing, and execution of utility works in compliance with the latest IS and NBC standards.

.Preparation of detailed, item-wise BOQs, detailed specification documents, finishing schedules, utility schemes, interior schemes, TDS as per approved make list to clearly define the overall project scope.

.Capital and revenue procurement in accordance with MSIL guidelines.

Technical / Functional:

.Prepare HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical system layouts in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.

.Perform MEP system design calculations and equipment selection.

.Develop schematic and detailed design drawings based on project specifications.

.Review and optimize MEP designs for efficiency, constructability, and sustainability.

.Revit BIM Modeling/Sketch up-3D Modelling/ AutoCAD Drafting.

.Generate plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and BOQs from Revit models.

.Prepare MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.

.Update drawings based on consultant comments, site requirements, and design revisions.

.Ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards and drafting guidelines.

.Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and civil disciplines.

.Maintains discipline, professionalism, and respect at the workplace

Must have Skill:

.AutoCAD/Sketchup 3D/Autodesk Revit

.MEP Coordinator & Design Engineer

.Microsoft office/Word/Excel

.Good Communication Skill

.Familiarity with IS codes, IEC standards, NBC guidelines
