Role Summary

As a Project Incharge, you will lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of renewable energy projects including solar energy systems and decentralized clean energy solutions. You will manage technical teams, coordinate vendors, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to technical quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

• Prepare project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
• Coordinate project phases from site survey to commissioning
• Forecast project needs and track deliverables

Technical & Site Execution

• Supervise installation and commissioning of solar panels and clean energy systems
• Ensure designs and execution comply with company standards and customer requirements
• Troubleshoot on-site technical challenges

Vendor, Client & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and vendors
• Communicate project status to clients and internal stakeholders
• Resolve project risks and conflicts promptly

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce quality assurance and safety procedures at sites
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and statutory standards
• Report on quality and safety performance metrics

Project Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate project documentation (progress reports, budgets, QC reports)
• Support periodic review meetings and presentations
• Track project costs and prepare billing documentation
