Project In-Charge/ GM Mining

Job Summary:

We are looking for a candidate to lead end-to-end mining project operations, ensuring safe production, statutory compliance, cost control and effective coordination across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Head overall project operations and act as single-point accountability
• Lead cross-functional teams (Mining, Mechanical, Electrical, HR, Safety, Stores, Accounts)
• Ensure production, quality, cost and safety targets are achieved
• Ensure compliance with DGMS guidelines, Mines Act and statutory requirements
• Oversee HEMM availability, maintenance coordination and manpower deployment
• Review MIS, budgets, performance and project costs
• Coordinate with corporate office and local authorities

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree / Diploma in Mining / Mechanical or related discipline
• First Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency is preferred (Both Coal & Metal)
• 8+ years of experience in heading mining projects or large site operations
• 15–25 years of total experience in mining

Candidates with strong leadership, cross-functional knowledge, and site execution skills will be preferred.
