The company has completed 25 data center projects, including several greenfield and Uptime Tier-certified facilities, with a total IT load exceeding 65 MW across both India and international markets. Currently, SWDC is developing major projects, including a 90+ MW IT load Data Center for a Hyperscaler client in India and a 6 MW facility for a colocation platform. The company continues to expand its footprint globally, undertaking projects in regions such as Egypt, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Health Safety Environment (HSE) Manager and Officers, located in Hyderabad. The role involves ensuring adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards at project sites. Responsibilities include conducting safety audits, implementing occupational health measures, managing risk assessments, ensuring compliance with EHS regulations, and delivering regular training sessions for staff. The role also involves working in collaboration with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and maintain project deadlines while maintaining health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and Occupational Health practices
  • Certification in NEBOSH and proven experience in implementing EHS protocols
  • Strong skills in Project Management, with the ability to oversee EHS compliance throughout project lifecycles
  • Experience in developing and delivering Training programs related to workplace health and safety
  • Familiarity with risk assessment practices, safety audits, and incident response planning
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the construction, EPC, or data center industry is advantageous
