Supervise the detail engineering including mass balance, energy balance, line sizing, design of equipment, process datasheets, data sheet, control and operation philosophies, layouts & design.
Facility creation/ modification for process simplification. Technical assessment of new technology or project.
Preparation with project schedule and coordinate with cross functional team for timely execution.
Ensure safe working conditions for man and material and adherence to health, during implementation of project activity as safety and environment policy of company.
Targeting cost reduction initiatives and energy conservation by means of process improvement.
