We are seeking an experienced Project Head to lead our web development initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader with deep technical expertise, strong project management capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects across cross-functional teams.

Project Planning & Execution:

Plan, schedule, and execute projects with a focus on timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Problem-Solving & Risk Mitigation:

Identify project challenges early, make informed decisions, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with design, development, QA, and client-facing teams to align project goals and ensure smooth execution.

Leadership & Mentorship:

Lead and motivate a team of developers; mentor junior staff and foster a high-performance culture.

Process Optimization:

Continuously improve project workflows, integrate best practices, and promote innovation.

Client & Technical Engagement:

Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure technical deliverables meet expectations.

Web Development Leadership:

Manage and oversee the web development team.

Define and implement technical strategies.

Ensure adherence to coding standards and security practices.

Conduct code reviews and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency:

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

PMP Certification preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years in project management with proven leadership in delivering web and software projects.

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, adaptability, team collaboration, and conflict resolution abilities.

Industry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of project management principles and industry best practices.
