Key Accountability
- To handle team of Engineers effectively to get the desired output.
- To review and apply the planning so as to meet the scheduled commissioning.
- Generating regular MIS as per management requirements.
- Ensure to follow all the required statutory requirements to avoid any penalty.
- To ensure implementation of Quality as per approved FQP and relevant IS Codes/CBIP manual etc.
- To ensure implementation of Safety as per organisation guidelines.
- Handling of vendor to avoid any additional cost on Owner. Conducting regular Project review meeting with counterpart and identifying the critical paths for necessary resolutions.
- Keeping track of budget so as to keep cost within the budget.
- To identify the bottlenecks and their resolutions so as to avoid last minute surprises.
- To plan timely shutdowns and crossings and follow ups for timely execution.
- Processing of vendor bills timely.
- Conducting safety and quality programmes at site level for development of their team at regular intervals.
- Training need identification of the team.
Qualification and Experience
Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Transmission Line execution
B.E./ B.Tech. Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical
Experiences:
- Team management, engagement & motivation
- ROW solving, Farmers, landowners.
- Interaction with Government Authorities.
- Should have knowledge of IS5613, CBIP Manual
