Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Head in Solid Waste Management, based in Amravati. The Project Head will be responsible for overseeing solid waste management initiatives, including planning and implementation of waste disposal and recycling processes. Key responsibilities include managing waste management operations, designing sustainable waste solutions, training staff on waste management practices, and ensuring compliance with environmental standards and regulations. Collaboration with stakeholders, report generation, and problem-solving to drive efficiency in processes will also be integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Solid Waste Management and Recycling practices
• Knowledge of Environmental Science and Waste Management processes
• Skills in Training and capacity-building within waste management operations
• Proven leadership and project management abilities
• Experience in stakeholder engagement in environmental sectors
• Relevant education in Environmental Science, Waste Management, or a related field
• Prior work experience in the infrastructure or environmental services industry is advantageous
