Role Description

The Project Head will oversee end-to-end project management, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, managing resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, controlling budgets, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The role demands proactive problem-solving, leadership, and operational planning to guarantee customer satisfaction and project success. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and planning skills, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline adherence
• Experience in construction and real estate development, with in-depth knowledge of building regulations and standards
• Team leadership and coordination abilities, along with strong decision-making skills
• Proficient communication and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Familiarity with project management software and tools
• Educational background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields, with a professional degree or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects , only from Residential projects background.
• Bachelor of Degree / Post graduate Civil Engineering
