Versatile infrastructure Generalist capable of pivoting between diverse sectors
End-to-end delivery of diverse infrastructure projects

Job Description

End-to-End Execution: Lead projects from pre-conception/bidding stages through to commissioning and O&M.
P&L Management: Oversee project budgets, manage cash flows, optimize resource allocation, and ensure target EBITDA is met.
Multi-Sector Oversight: Capably manage a portfolio that may simultaneously include Water, Solar plants, Highway construction, and Real Estate developments.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary interface with government authorities, clients, environmental agencies, and consultants.
Risk Mitigation: Identify potential delays in land acquisition, regulatory approvals, or supply chain disruptions and implement proactive solutions.

The Successful Applicant

B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field
Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects within the property or civil engineering industries
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively
Expert-level command over diverse infrastructure lifecycles
Comprehensive accountability for project financial health, ensuring zero-delays in project timelines by proactively securing regulatory and land clearances
Upholding the highest standards of transparency and compliance in procurement and execution.
