Job Description
Lead end-to-end project execution (design, civil, interiors, fit-outs) from concept to handover
Drive project planning, timelines, budgeting, and feasibility for multiple sites
Coordinate with architects, designers, MEP consultants, and brand teams for design approvals
Oversee civil construction, interiors, and site execution ensuring quality and timelines
Manage project budgets, cost control, vendor negotiations, and procurement
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and brand standards (especially for airport/F&B formats)
Handle stakeholder management including internal teams, contractors, and leadership reporting
Lead project delivery, pre-opening readiness, and team management across locations
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in civil, engineering, retail, and construction project management, with a strong understanding of the hotel and restaurant industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen designing principles and best practices, with the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen consultants and equipment suppliers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
