Project Finance Specialist

Hiring | Manager Solar Project Finance | Delhi / Mumbai / Hybrid

We're a growth-stage Solar IPP building India's clean energy future looking for a project finance professional ready to be in the room where deals get done, not just advise on them.

If you've closed SPV-level debt, built project finance models from scratch, and want direct exposure to a GW-scale pipeline this role is built for you.

The Role Covers:

• End-to-end debt structuring & financial close for greenfield solar projects
• Project finance modelling sculpted debt service, DSCR/LLCR, equity IRR waterfalls
• Lender relationships across PSBs, NBFCs, and DFIs (IREDA, REC, PFC, IFC, ADB)
• Refinancing execution across operational assets
• Green bonds, InvIT structures & emerging capital market instruments

Profile:

• 36 years in project / infrastructure / structured finance
• Track record of closing solar or infra debt transactions
• MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA from a reputed institution
• Hands-on with security structures: pledge, escrow, DSRA, tripartite
• Entrepreneurial mindset you build, not just execute

Direct access to the CFO and Investment Committee. Not a 200-person team waiting for deal flow you sit at the centre of every financing decision.
