Project Executive: Floaters

Urban Vault is hiring Project Executives for our growing coworking and managed workspace business. We are looking for high-energy professionals from similar industries who can thrive in fast-paced execution environments and take complete ownership of on-ground projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive day-to-day project execution across workspace sites
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Track timelines, fit-outs, site readiness, and operational deliverables
- Handle on-ground challenges with quick problem-solving and proactive execution
- Ensure smooth coordination during workspace setup and handovers
- Maintain strong follow-ups and execution discipline
Requirement:
- 1–4 years of experience in coworking, managed office spaces, commercial interiors, real estate, fit-outs, or facilities management
- Go-getter attitude with strong ownership mindset
- Street-smart, proactive, and execution-focused
- Bold communicator who can get things done
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to work in dynamic and fast-moving environments
- Candidates from coworking, commercial real estate, workspace solutions, interiors, fit-outs are preferred.
Travel & Support:
This role involves frequent intercity travel across project locations. The company will take care of expenses for:
- Travel between cities
- Accommodation
- Local travel for project work
