ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an extremely talented project executive with knowledge of AutoCAD to design our upcoming restaurants and help coordinate BOQs and project execution. You will work directly with the Project Head. You will learn broadly and deeply, have autonomy and freedom, and you will have the capacity to build the foundation of one of India's great brands.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Projects Design:
- Layouts - design restaurant layouts, from kitchen to seating area
- Furniture - design customer furniture for the stores
- 3D - learn how to render 3D drawings google SketchUp
- Equipment - design customer equipment based on specific store requirements
New Projects:
- BOQ - prepare BOQ based on drawings
- Execution - coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing and HVAC to ensure project completion happens within budgeted time
- Purchase - coordinate with finance team to place orders for budgeted materials
- Vendors - survey market for best vendors on cost and quality
- Reporting - prepare weekly project reports during ongoing projects
- Handover - coordinate with operations for project handover
- Measurements - coordinate with maintenance team for measurement checking at site
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience using AutoCAD, Revit
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Has experience using Google Sketchup
