Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Executive for a 6-month contract to provide administrative, data management, and customer support for our on going project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong excel skills, and is comfortable managing both digital data and physical logistics.
The role will require the Project Executive to work from the office for 3days/week.

Job Scope

Project Administration

. Coordinate the printing, sorting, packing, and distribution of project materials

. Ensure all interview kits are prepared accurately and distributed according to the project timeline

. Maintain inventory of project materials, stationery, and voucher incentives

. Manage the distribution and accurate recording of voucher incentives issued to field interviewers Hotline Operations Support

. Operate survey hotline (Mon - Sun, 9am-6pm)

Please note that hotline volumes are expected to below throughout the fieldwork period, with a brief peak during the first week of the survey launch (approximately 8-10 calls per day), followed by lower volumes in the second week (approximately 5-6 calls per day). Call volumes are expected to taper off thereafter, with minimal to no calls after 2 months

. Handle incoming enquiries from participants

. Scheduling of appointments

. Assignment of appointments to field interviewers

Data Management

. Check, organize and file physical consent forms to ensure no discrepancies

. Perform accurate data entry of physical, hard-copy consent forms into the internal database

. Prepare and compile weekly data quality check files using Microsoft Excel

. Support ad hoc data validation tasks as required

Job requirements and expectations

. Education level: Min. diploma and above

. Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, or data entry roles is preferred

. Good communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin as majority of people who call in the hotline speak in either language

. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, basic formulas) is highly essential

. Meticulous and attention to detail strong organizational and time-management skills

. Immediate or short-notice availability to commit fully to the 6-month duration from mid Aug 2026 to Feb 2027
