Financial / Functional Perspective
- Reduce material wastage and rework
- Support productivity and cost control
- Assist in achieving billing and milestone targets
- Monitor material consumption at site
- Ensure works are executed as per committed timelines and quality
- Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections
- Support resolution of site-level issues
- Improve stakeholder satisfaction through disciplined execution
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and safety norms
- Coordinate with QA/QC, safety and MEP teams
- Monitor contractor manpower and productivity
- Prepare daily progress and inspection reports
- Maintain site records and documentation
- Develop technical and site management skills
- Learn quality and safety best practices
- Participate in training and improvement initiatives
- Build problem-solving and coordination skills
KNOWLEDGE
Minimum Qualifications
- Engineering Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- English
- National (Preferred)
- Regional (Desirable)
Years of Experience
- 3–6 years in construction execution
Experience
- Experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, quality and safety systems, and reporting.
