Job Description

  • Work closely with the Design teams, Retail teams, external agencies like architects, contractors, vendors, laborers etc to deliver a world-class retail showroom for our premium Brands.
  • Closely monitor and oversee every assigned retail fit-out project across India.
  • Plan and schedule the activities required to complete the project within the given cost and time constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with Statutory, Safety, and other relevant requirements.
  • Ensure contractors/franchisees comply with specifications regarding materials, workmanship, and finishes.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for all matters pertaining to the fit-out works for RND business development, projects, brand, and retail operations group.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

  • Education: BE in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in executing retail projects.
  • Exposure to interior works for Luxury/premium brands will be an added advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Other: Willingness to travel.
