Role Description

The Project Execution Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in Kannur. In this position, you will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to implement best practices for successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include developing frameworks and strategies to optimize project workflows, facilitating team collaboration and communication, and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, you will mentor and coach team members to drive project efficiency and ensure company objectives are met.

Qualifications
  • Project Management and Execution Skills: Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and techniques to guide project execution effectively.
  • Coaching and Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in mentoring, conflict resolution, and fostering collaboration in team settings.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Expertise in analyzing project data and identifying areas for improvement, alongside finding innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Relevant Tools: Familiarity with project management software, reporting tools, and productivity applications is a plus.
  • Educational Background and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field, with prior experience in similar roles or project leadership considered an advantage.
  • Adaptability and Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn new methodologies, embrace feedback, and adjust strategies to meet continuously evolving business needs.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
