This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Estimation & Execution Executive, based in Kolkata. The role involves preparing project cost estimates, developing BOQs, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of interior projects. Responsibilities include site supervision, monitoring project timelines, managing resources, and resolving on-site project challenges. This role requires collaboration with design and procurement teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and budgets.

• Proficiency in Project Estimation, BOQ Structuring, and Budget Management
• Strong skills in Project Execution, Site Supervision, and Resource Planning
• Effective Communication, Client Coordination, and Vendor Management skills
• Knowledge of Interior Design Processes, Construction Materials, and Industry Standards
• Familiarity with software like AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects under deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Previous experience in commercial or workspace interior projects will be an advantage
